But you can ook after your parenting self-esteem by curating your Instagram feed to reflect what helps and doesn’t hinder.

    1. Giovanna Fletcher @mrsgifletcher

Giovanna is one talented lady. She’s a Sunday Times best-selling author, a singer and even found time to be crowned as ‘Queen of the I’m A Celebrity Castle.’ She is married to McFly’s Tom Fletcher (who is also a fabulous children’s author) and they share three adorable children who regularly feature on her Insta feed.

This busy Mum also hosts the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, in which the Duchess of Cambridge appeared as a guest to discuss the importance of wellbeing and the pressures of parenting when you have a young family. Down to earth and showing the real side of parenting, Giovanna makes you feel inspired whilst also feeling encouraged that you’re far from alone.

    2. Tom Daley @tomdaley

Olympic gold medallist and champion diver Tom Daley shares a young son with husband Dustin Lance Black – and his Insta feed is full of pics of the happy family. The couple focuses on their parenting values, exercise tips, healthy habits – and Tom’s love of clothing and knitting – to an audience of 3.4m followers.

Tom always looks dapper when he is pictured with son Robbie, and if like us, you’d love to raid his wardrobe, you can steal his style here.

    3. Ashley James @ashleylouisejames

Ashley James’s Insta bio highlights her greatest achievement: ‘Alfie’s Mummy’ and we certainly believe that all new mums should share in the wonder of their new little people. She’s probably best known for her stint in Made In Chelsea, but since the show, she has launched her podcast ‘Mum’s The Word.’

She promotes a real ‘parenting club feel’ and everyone is invited to join. Each week, the mum-of-one chats to celeb friends in a refreshingly honest way about the challenges – and joys – of parenting. While pregnant with baby Alfie, who is now one year old, she admitted that she felt guilty after experiencing ‘disappointment on discovering she was expecting a boy.’ She bravely shared these feelings with her followers and is now overjoyed to be raising her son with her partner Tom.

Why not shop Ashley’s style and choose a treat from her pre-loved wardrobe – the perfect pick-me-up for any parent.

    4. Mother Pukka @mother_pukka

Mother Pukka (aka Anna Whitehouse) coined the phrase ‘Flex Appeal’ and is a passionate advocate of flexible working for parents.

Since 2015, Anna has campaigned for flexible working to ensure that mothers can raise their children and not have to take a backseat when it comes to their careers – a hugely important social issue that still pervades women’s choices. Her frank social media posts often highlight the pressures that parents face when trying to do it all without the benefit of flexible working.

If you’ve ever felt that you’re trying to cram thirty hours into a twenty-four-hour day – then Mother Pukka is a must-follow parenting influencer.
